General Summary
This position will be part of a Product Development Team for the Henry Schein next generation ecommerce
platform and will be focused on the successful delivery of Personalisation and Automation
related e-commerce features.
The role will be responsible for gathering business requirements across Europe and partnering with
local business leaders in Europe to ensure their requirements are delivered within the new global ecommerce
platform. The role will closely partner with the Global and EMEA E-commerce Product
Owners and the Global Project Management team to ensure global program delivery in individual
markets across Europe.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of our next generation Global E-commerce Platform (GEP) in EMEA,
focusing on Ecommerce Automation and Personalisation
• Create framework for persona driven ecommerce experience approaches based on behavioral
attitudes, purchase history and other types of first party customer data
• Develop GDPR compliant strategies to collect data from different data sources into one holistic
customer view. Unify and activate data in real-time to offer personalized, relevant experiences
across the entire ecommerce journey
• Drive cross-country and cross-system customer data alignment to capture all required customer
information at key points in the customer life cycle, especially webshop, marketing automation
(Hubspot, Marketo), google analytics audiences
• Develop agile and tool-independent data collection techniques to build a solid data foundation
open for new emerging technologies
