JOB DESCRIPTION
• Champion customer centric approach and ensure that technology solutions support a customer
experience delivery
• Define the EMEA Customer Engagement Roadmap within the defined global business and
technology framework and in cooperation with global and local Technology, Program and
Business Leads
• Partner with local teams to monitor competitive environment in eCommerce, identify potential
USPs and provide perspective for adoption to create a highly customer centric, competitive
Setup for all customer engagement related features
• Partner with local teams to monitor Customer behaviours and Voice of Customers, putting the
Customer at the center of eCommerce development anticipate product needs that enhance our
digital capabilities
The type of person we're looking for:
• Master's Degree in Marketing / Business / Communications
• Experience with cross-country implementation of chat; understanding of conversational chats
and chat bots
• Experience in the implementation of Loyalty Management Programs into e-commerce
platforms
• Experience with Post purchase Customer Communication
• Ability to communicate effectively with global, regional and local stakeholders and form /
manage cross-functional teams
• Proven soft skills in international project management, leading cross-cultural and crossfunctional
projects teams
• English and other European language skills
• Ability to travel 10-20% depending on project
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
• LiveChat
• Narvar
• Medallia
• Experience with CRM Systems e.g. SAP C4C or Salesforce CRM
• Experience working with SAP Hybris
