Job Title: Ecommerce Manager - Customer Engagement, EMEA

General Summary
This position will be part of a Product Development Team for the Henry Schein next generation ecommerce
platform and will be focused on the successful delivery of Customer Engagement related ecommerce
features like Chat, Loyalty Management, Post purchase Customer Communication, Ratings
and Reviews in alignment with CRM and Voice of Customer programs.
The role will be responsible for gathering business requirements across Europe and partnering with
local business leaders in Europe to ensure their requirements are delivered within the new global ecommerce
platform. The role will closely partner with the Global and EMEA E-commerce Product
Owners and the Global Project Management team to ensure global program delivery in individual
markets across Europe.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of our next generation Global E-commerce Platform (GEP) in EMEA,
focusing on Customer Engagement related Features (like Chat, Loyalty Management, Post
purchase Customer Communication, Ratings and Reviews in alignment with CRM and Voice of
Customer programs)
• Ensure the EMEA perspective is represented in all Customer Engagement related capabilities
and deliverables of our Global E-commerce Platform (GEP)
• Partner and collaborate with local business leaders across Europe to define business
requirements and ensure their alignment across EMEA proactively soliciting input from key
stakeholders
• Actively manage communication between the Global Ecommerce Platform (GEP) Program
Effort and European and Local Market leadership
