To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following person to join our Corporate Communications
- EMEA department, which covers a total of 18 countries, as soon as possible, effective immediately
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The position of Senior Manager, Corporate Media Relations - EMEA plays an integral role in the success
of the Group and is responsible for developing and executing public relations activities to promote and
increase awareness of Henry Schein's business unit activities as well as Henry Schein Cares, the
company's global corporate social responsibility programme.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drafting PR documents on dental, medical and healthcare software products/solutions as
well as for international and local CSR activities (press releases, articles, interviews with
expert teams) in German, English and, if desired, other languages.
• Pitching product/solution-related topics to international trade media
• Developing and maintaining an active exchange with the country marketing team contacts
to generate communication-relevant topics and with the EMEA digital marketing team to
work through cross-country issues,
• Drafting/providing short English texts and ideas for internal communication channels and
the creation of Q&As well as supporting the content preparation of EMEA town hall
meetings on behalf of the Corporate Communications department (USA) and
• Measuring and analysing EMEA corporate communication activities, assisting with
international clip collection and distribution updates,
• Supporting the Media Relations team in meeting budgets, timelines, work plans and
performance requirements,
• Supporting and participating in special projects as needed
